Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders placed through Los Brand Shop are processed within 5–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow additional time during holidays or limited-release drops.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for it to update after shipping.

Shipping Zones

We currently ship to the United States 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.



Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages


If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@losbrandshop.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll help file a claim or find a resolution.
